Born in Miami, Christina M. Ceballos-Levy received her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Florida International University. She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, at the University of Miami, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Order of the Coif, the national legal society that recognizes outstanding academic achievement; Executive Editor of the University of Miami Law Review, in which she published "Adjustment of Status for Alien Material Witnesses: Is It Coming Three Years Too Late?"

Admitted to the bar in Florida, Ms. Ceballos-Levy served as law clerk to the Honorable Alan S. Gold, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and serves as an instructor at the University of Miami School of Law. She is a member of the Florida Bar and speaks Spanish.
