Jeff Foreman is a shareholder in Kenny Nachwalter, P.A., and is resident in the firm's Miami office. He has spent his entire career practicing complex business litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. Foreman has extensive experience trying both jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts and before arbitration tribunals.  In over 25 years of practice, Mr. Foreman has represented clients in a wide range of business disputes.  These include Fortune 500 companies, as well as small to medium size businesses, in contract, business tort and shareholder derivative disputes; developers in commercial and large scale residential project litigation; architects, engineers and contractors in design and construction disputes; a major credit insurance provider in multi-state contract and insurance agency litigation; a major international security firm in the prosecution of federal Constitutional claims; a large national media concern in partnership litigation; a major international bank in intellectual property litigation; a Big Six accounting firm in professional liability litigation; officers of a large national home builder in adversary proceedings in bankruptcy; and a senior cruise line executive in enforcement of a severance agreement.

Mr. Foreman is a member of the Florida Bar and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the Districts of Arizona and Maryland. He has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Foreman earned his J.D. from The Washington University School of Law, where he served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Journal of Urban and Contemporary Law. He earned his A.B. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
