E-Discovery

Electronic Discovery and Document Management

As another way to bring value to our clients, we offer a full-service approach to electronic discovery in our cases. The firm has built its own robust e-discovery system that allows us to process, review, and produce electronic information while controlling our clients' costs by minimizing the need to use outside vendors. Our cutting-edge system is adaptable to all our cases, including those requiring the processing of several terabytes of information. Our attorneys and e-discovery specialists work closely with our clients from the inception of cases to provide advice on the best ways to preserve and collect electronic information properly in order to avoid technical pitfalls that can undermine a case.

In addition to the services that we offer our clients in the collection and processing of electronic information, we use a sophisticated document management platform to organize document productions and identify quickly the documents that matter for taking effective depositions and presenting cases at trial. As with our system for processing electronic information, our document management platform works well in cases of all sizes, including those in which millions of pages have been produced. By hosting this platform on our own servers, we are able to offer our clients a cost-effective alternative to hosting fees charged by outside vendors while providing the added benefit of being able to customize the organization of our document databases for each case. Our document databases can also be accessed directly through a secure Internet connection, giving us the ability to access key documents anytime and from any location.

As trial attorneys, we know that document management is critical to building the best case for our clients. As electronic discovery becomes an increasingly important component of cases, we are committed to ensuring that our clients benefit from our state-of-the-art technology and our experience in this evolving area of the law.
