Friedman Todd

Todd Friedman focuses his practice on business litigation. Todd has second-chaired several trials in Florida’s state and federal courts and first-chaired an appeal before a Florida appellate court. In addition to his trial and appellate experiences, Todd also has participated in several arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences, hearings and other court proceedings.

Before joining Kenny Nachwalter, Todd clerked for the Honorable Robert M. Gross of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal.  During his clerkship, Todd gained extensive experience learning how to effectively research, write about, and analyze legal issues.  Todd then learned the ropes of commercial litigation while practicing at his father’s law firm.

Todd was born and raised in Miami, earned his B.A. from Swarthmore College, and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the University of Miami Law Review, the Bar & Gavel Honor Society and a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient.
