September 12, 2018 – Kenny Nachwalter, P.A.  is pleased to announce that Christina M. Himmel has joined the firm’s Complex Business Litigation Practice Group where she will continue to focus her practice on commercial litigation, intellectual property, professional negligence/malpractice, insurance, employment, and probate litigation.

Christina has authored and co-authored several articles appearing in the Miami Herald and Daily Business Review, including Ways to Overcome Work Life Balance Obstacles and Omnibus Insureds & Their Entitlement to Attorney Fees Under Florida Law. In addition to writing, Christina has spoken at events hosted by the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and Miami Law Women.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, summa cum laude and Order of the Coif. While in law school, Christina was a member of the University of Miami Law Review. Christina earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, cum laude, from the University of Miami.
